All About Ballot Questions

According to Ballotpedia a Ballot Measure (or question) is defined as: “In the United States, a ballot measure is a law, issue, or question that appears on a statewide or local ballot for voters of the jurisdiction to decide.”

This election year in Nevada, voters can expect to see several measures (or questions on the ballot). You can find all the details about each on the Nevada Secretary of State’s website

But we were wondering, how do these questions even get on the ballot? How can you as a voter learn more about them? And what if you are really passionate about the topic in the question, how can you get involved?

We are bringing the experts to you in our March Ask the Expert. Join Dr. Sondra Cosgrove (Co-President of NVCCE and founder of Vote Nevada), Mark Wlashin, Deputy Secretary of State, and Joe Gloria, Clark County Registrar of Voters to learn all about Ballot Questions in NEvada.

This will be a live webinar (available for replay the following day) on March 17th at 3:30pm.
