Christine is born and raised in the state of Nevada who is a wife, mother, advocate, pilates junkie, and mama-prenuer who loves her husband, three children, and anything DIY.

As the program coordinator for National History Day in Nevada, Christine brings a wealth of experience to the program with over 15 years of in-classroom experience through her time spent in Virginia and Nevada throughout her career in education. While working as the Social Studies Curriculum Specialist for the Nevada Department of Education, she organized and manged the National History Day in Nevada program.  Following her departure from the Nevada Department of Education the program moved to the Nevada State Archives.  Now that the National History Day in Nevada program has officially transferred hands to the Nevada Center for Civic Engagement, Christine is once again at the helm of this great and storied program here in the Silver State.

Christine holds an undergraduate degree in General Studies from San Diego State University, a Masters of Education from the University of Nevada, and a graduate certificate in Education Administration from Johns Hopkins University.
