College-ready.
Career-ready.
Community-ready.
We believe school should prepare young people for more than college and career — it should prepare them for community. A strong democracy isn't inherited; it's learned, practiced, and passed on, and we make sure Nevada's students are ready to lead it.
Since 1987, Nevada students have learned democracy by doing it.
We work alongside Nevada's teachers and schools to give students experiences that are hard to build inside a single classroom — statewide programs where they argue constitutional questions before real judges, investigate history as researchers, and practice the real work of engaged citizens. Through year-round professional learning, we help educators bring that experience to life and sustain it across the state, year after year, so more students get the chance.
Every year, more than 10,000 students across 17 Nevada communities take part in our programs.
